Errors on Our Site

In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description, and/or errors in pricing, Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it in accordance with Diamond Appliance Group’s Return Policy.
Sales Disclosure
Sales and discounts do not include every brand, make or model. Please check your shopping cart for the exact discount amount. Not all sales can be combined with other special offers and/or rebates. The total qualifying price does not include delivery or installation fees.
Price Match Policy
If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item from another authorized
dealer, simply contact our concierge service team and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price.
Price must include: shipping, handling, delivery, sales tax and applicable rebates must be shown. Competitor
details, including shipping, handling, sales tax, and delivery date must be submitted to Diamond Appliance Group
in writing. Diamond Appliance Group will not match competitors' bonus, special or free offers; rebates; financing
offers, clearance or closeout prices; prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise; service
contracts; installation, delivery or assembly services. Diamond Appliance Group’s Price Match Policy does not
apply to parts or accessories. Diamond Appliance Group will only price match prior to shipping; once your order
has shipped, we will not match a lower price. Diamond Appliance Group’s price match policy is not combinable with
any other discounts. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
Order
Acceptance
Electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Paying for Your Order
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. We also accept checks, zelle, quickpay, and ach/wire transfers. Please note that as quickly as your payment is received and verified, your order will be processed; you need to factor in two to three business days for your check to clear before your order ships.
Special order items are charged when the order is placed and cannot be canceled.
Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, we will attempt to notify via email and/or by telephone. You will have 14 business days to contact us with an alternative form of payment. If after 14 business days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled.
Alternate Billing/Shipping Address
If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct billing address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you must list the shipping address as an alternate address on your credit card. If it is not on file your order will be held. Your order will remain on hold for 14 business days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests that the shipping address must be listed as an alternative address, your order will be canceled.
As online identity fraud and credit card fraud continues to grow we must verify that you are the owner of the credit card that was used to place the order (We have taken lots of losses by people using fraudulent credit cards). We understand that this might cause an inconvenience and we greatly appreciate your cooperation.
For domestic US residents
Please make sure to enter the matching billing address and phone number of the credit card using, We might contact you for order verification, If address does not match or the name of the order does not match the name of the card additional verification will be required such scanned copies of both sides of the card along with a state issued ID. Or we might charge a temporary small authorization to your credit card and we will need you to verify the exact amount that was charged.
We will notify you via email if additional verification is required.
For all international customers
Please understand that we are a USA merchant and our system cannot verify addresses and phone numbers of international customers, We will require scanned copies of both sides of the credit card along with your ID. We might charge a small amount (less than a dollar) to your credit card and we will need you to verify the exact amount.
Order Processing
Actual shipping times are contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item or cancel your order.
Delivery and Installation Policy

Return Policy
For damaged shipments, defective merchandise, or the product does not meet your needs please review our full Return Policy listed on our website.
Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is
damaged or does not meet your needs.
In the event of a return, you must contact our concierge service team
to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without an RA.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee as stated in our Return Policy listed
on our website.
Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned
items.
Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with
all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
We
do not accept returns on air conditioners, special orders, or accessories.
