In-Home Delivery is fully insured type of shipping which includes threshold delivery. Upon delivery, the delivery men will unload the merchandise from the truck, bring it to your house so you can inspect the merchandise. This method does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. No stairs are included. Additional fees will be applied if the door must be taken off of the hinges. Additional fees will apply if you have stairs. This service does not include installation. Installation services are sold separately. Fedex Ground Delivery - Fedex does not allow customers to open the package prior to signing. If the exterior packaging is not in good condition and you think the package may also be damaged please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the box is intact and you found concealed damage to the item, you have up to 24 hours to report the damage . As soon as you notice the damage please call our customer service department at 1-800-917-9772 . If damage issues arise after the 24 hour period, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and Diamond Appliance Group will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important within the 24 hour period.
Please Note: Removal of your old appliance is only an option with the purchase of installation or if you have your old appliance disconnected prior to the arrival of the delivery team.
