Delivery to remote/rural areas may incur an additional surcharge. Ferry Delivery: There is an additional charge for any orders that need to be delivered with a ferry. This is a non-negotiable flat fee. The most common areas that need a ferry for delivery include: Fire Island, Shelter Island, parts of Washington State and parts of Massachusetts (Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, etc.).
We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes. Diamond Appliance Group only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international addresses; however, we can ship to freight forwarders. Diamond Appliance Group is not responsible for products moved out of the continental United States, all warranties will be void.
We currently offer delivery service within 3 business days or less to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania, most zip codes in Delaware, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, New Hampshire, D.C. and North Carolina. All other states within the continental US are within 7 business days or less. *
