Promotional Codes: Promotional Codes are special alphanumeric codes that represent specific discounts on the price on the products Diamond Appliance Group offer. If you have a promotional code or coupon code, you must enter it during checkout process. You will be prompted to enter the code at the same page that you select your shipping method. Once you enter the code and click submit, the promotional code discount will be applied, and you will see it reflected on the next page. The discount is immediately deducted from your total purchase price before payment is made.
Sales Tax: State and Local Sales Tax (6.625%) is automatically charged for orders shipped into the state of New Jersey, only.
Product Descriptions: We provide complete Product Descriptions on most of the product we offer including detailed specs and images. If you require additional information, we recommend that you research the manufacturer’s website.
Order Processing: Order processing time will vary from order to order depending on several criteria. This is the time it takes us to process and verify customer billing and shipping addresses, to validate, verify, and secure credit card payment, transmit order to warehouse for packing and shipping. It is the total calculation of the time it takes to process all these events from when we first receive an order until it leaves our warehouse for delivery that is identified as Order Processing time. With that said, on average Diamond Appliance Group processes orders within 2 business days of receipt.
Delivery: Most items in stock ship within 1-3 business days (Business days DO NOT include holidays and weekends). For incoming items, please call 1-800-917-9772.
Order Status: You can track the status of your order at any time online by clicking on the “My Account” link located in the top menu bar of the Diamond Appliance Group webpage. Simply login to your account with your user ID and password and follow the online instructions. Please note shipping information is not available until the item has left the warehouse and we are provided with tracking information. This tracking information can be entered into the corresponding delivery service used (this information will also be provided to you.) Under normal circumstances, this information is automatically emailed to you.
Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons are directed exclusively at the recipients and are non-transferable. In any event a coupon is misused in this manner, Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right to cancel such order without prior notice. Diamond Appliance Group reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We do not accept international credit cards. Personal and company checks may require up to 14 business days to clear before merchandise is shipped. Please make checks payable to Diamond Appliance Group. Billing Address: We require your Billing Address for all credit card orders. This is the address at which you receive your credit card bill each month. You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically charged to all orders being shipped into the state of New Jersey. Your Credit Card is charged only after it has gone through the order verification process, at which point it is transmitted to our warehouse for picking and packing.
Shipping Time & Status Explanations: All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by our Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Below you will find a breakdown of how orders proceed as well as status explanations that can be viewed by logging into your account.
New Order- Your order has been received
Working- We are checking item availability as well as verifying customer information for accuracy.
Incoming- Your item is incoming, and we will keep you posted as to the expected delivery date.
Processing- Your items are available and will now follow normal ordering procedure.
Shipped- Your order has been shipped and you will receive a call and/or email with delivery and tracking information of the trucking service used for your order.
CC Problems- Please contact us, as we cannot process your credit card.
We ship free to the entire Continental US on orders over $999. If needed, additional charges may apply to rural areas, or areas out of the trucker’s service area. We do not ship Internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.
Will the delivery person bring my package inside?

Ship To Address: You may choose to ship your order to a different address other than your billing address; however, this may result in longer order processing time. We encourage you to ship your order to your billing address. Sales Tax will be automatically charged to all orders being delivered in the state of New Jersey. If you decide to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, we require you to call the customer service number on the back of your credit card after placing your order and instruct your issuing bank/institution to add your shipping address as an authorized "Alternate Shipping Address" on your credit card account. This will only add an extra shipping address to your credit card file. This will not change your billing address. It only takes a few minutes, and it will help shorten any delays in verifying and processing your order. Our Credit card fraud protection system will automatically verify that alternate shipping addresses are authorized. Orders that have shipping addresses that are not authorized will not be processed for shipment!

However, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical errors or errors in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Diamond Appliance Group has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
